A wonderful video on the ’snake’ forms of internal martial arts.

The Snake represents Water and the organs are Bladder, Liver, Kidneys and Spleen. The Snake flows with the force in order to defeat it, he slips in anywhere without you knowing! The Snake’s family member is the ‘Second Son’.

Shhhhhh……it’s a secret!

Hi Everyone,

We’re back from our trip to California and we just wanted to share a quick photo with you of us both. It was taken at the ‘ secret’ engagement party up in the L.A. hills we told you about recently. Who got engaged? Well it was someone well known! Once the news is out we will be able to say more-lol

The medieval theme was wonderful and the actors and actresses hired for the evening were hilarious and amazing! I really got into the sword fighting – lol Debs also performed her new song and we drank a toast to her honour and wonderful voice.
